The Peaches 'n Cream is constructed on a 1" to 1' scale from unpainted 3/8" and 1/4" high-quality,
cabinet grade materials. This kit requires nail and glue assembly.
Finished dimensions are: 23 3/4"w x 16 3/4"d x 25"h.
The basic Peaches 'n Cream Kit includes Gingerbread Trims, Windows, Porch, Shutters, Door, and
Interior Stairs with Raised-Panel Landing Rails!
